摘要
探寻师范生教学技能训练的有效路径是教师教育专业课程与教学改革的一项重要任务。微视频作为一种短小精悍、针对性强、易于制作与使用的媒体技术,为师范生教学技能的训练提供了信息化的工具与机遇。鉴于此,本文基于微视频探析师范生的教学技能训练,构建了师范生教学技能训练的"三阶段+七步骤"模式,具体划分为认识与观摩、训练与制作、诊断与反思三个阶段,细化为理论学习、观摩微视频范例、确定训练目标、撰写训练设计、实训与制作微视频、微视频诊断、反思改进、形成技能七个步骤,以期为师范生教学技能的训练提供参照与启示。
It is an important task for the teaching reform of teacher education professional courses to explore the effective ways for the teaching of normal university students' teaching skills. As a short, targeted and easily made and used multimedia technology, micro-video provides an information-based tool and opportunity for the training of normal university students' teaching skills. In view of this, this paper constructs a "three-stage and seven-procedure" model for the training of normal univer- sity students' teaching skills based on micro-video explorations, hoping to provide some references and inspirations for the train- ing of normal university students' teaching skills.
