摘要
新时代的特征决定了现代教育发展的方向,怎样在引入创新教育理念的基础上实现对学生个性的培养是当前教育改革不可忽视的问题。高中语文教学应树立以学生为本、以个性发展为目的的教育观,培养学生健康积极的个性品质从而培养出更能适应社会的个体。
The characteristics of the new era determine the direction of the development of modem education, and how to realize the cultivation of students＇ personality on the basis of introducing the concept of innovative education is a problem that can not be ignored in the current education reform. High school Chinese language teaching should establish a student-oriented concept of education with personality development as the purpose, and euhivate students＇ healthy and positive personality quality, so as to cultivate individuals more suitable for the society.
