大类招生模式淡化了专业,学生更需要学业指导。文章将大类招生培养分为前后两个学习阶段,论述了两个阶段的学习特点和加强班导师工作的必要性,并提出了班导师在两个阶段的配置方式以及具体工作内容,最后指出了加强班导师工作的措施。

The mode of general enrollment weakens the concept of majors, so students under the mode needs academic guidance. This paper divides general enrollment into two learning stages, elaborates the learning characteristics of the two stages and the importance of enhancing class tutors＇ work, puts forward the specific work of class tutors in the two stages, and finally points out the measures to enhance class tutors＇ work.
