科技馆作为社会发展重要的公益性平台和学校教育的后续与补充,承担着提升国民基本思想和素养的重任。为了更好地发挥科技馆应有的价值和意义,为"中国梦"的践行奠定基础,本文提出"坚持人本理念,践行为群众服务的核心工作思路;确定工作宗旨,强化社会人才塑造的根本目标;注重协调发展,维持社会进步发展的前行动力",有效开展辐射基层的流动科普服务,从而更好地激发科技馆的作用。

As an important public service platform for social development and a complement to school education, science museums assume the important task of improving national thoughts and qualities. To give better play to the clue value and significance of science museums and lay a foundation for the practice of ＂China Dream＂, this paper puts forward the basic principle for the work of science museums, aiming to effectively carry out the service of science popularity and better stimulate the role of science museums.
