规避“塔西佗陷阱”,提高政府公信力的路径探究

政府的公信力是政府领导力的基础,中国正处于社会转型期,社会矛盾较为突出。一些地方政府在处理公共事件时方法不够恰当,部分领导干部脱离群众,造成了公众对政府产生不信任,政府的公信力下降。当出现民众与政府对立时,就需要警惕"塔西佗陷阱"。民心问题关系到党的生死存亡问题,提高政府公信力,规避"塔西佗陷阱"是党和政府面临的一大难题。跳出"塔西佗陷阱",党和政府就要坚持走群众路线,加强自身建设,坚持共享发展理念,不断践行社会主义核心价值观。

The government＇s public credibility is the basis of government leadership. China is in a period of social transfor- mation, and social conflicts are more prominent. When dealing with the public events, the methods taken by some local gov- ernments are not appropriate. Some of the leading cadres cut themselves off from the masses, causing public distrust of the government, and the drop of the government＇s public credibil- ity. When the masses oppose the government, we need to guard against ＂Tacitus trap＂. People＇s livelihood issues determine whether the Party will continue to survive or not, but improving the public credibility of the government and avoiding ＂Tacitus trap＂ is a major problem faced by the Party and the government. To get rid of ＂Tacitus trap＂, the Party and the government should adhere to the mass line, strengthen self-construction, adhere to the concept of shared development, and constantly practice the socialist core values.
