摘要
我国教育部门对中小学教师开展的各种继续教育或课程培训工作,大大提高了基础教育水平和效率。然而在中小学教师培训工作中依然存在很多问题,如培训者的综合素质良莠不齐,教育改革观念与意识淡薄,培训内容与方法陈旧,培训效果不理想等。为此,本文探讨了关于中小学教师培训者专业能力建设问题,论述了关于中小学教师培训者专业队伍综合素质建设、专业化目标建设、专业化标准建设等三个方面的问题,对我国中小学教师培训工作会产生积极的作用。
The education departments of our country carry out a variety of continuing education and curriculum training for primary and secondary school teachers, greatly improving the level and efficiency of basic education. However, there remain a lot of problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers, such as uneven comprehensive qualities of trainers, weak ideas and consciousness of education reform, and obsolete training contents and methods, leading to unfavorable training effects.To this end, this paper discusses the professional ability construction of trainers for primary and secondary school teachers,and elaborates the comprehensive quality construction, professional objectives construction and professional standards construction of trainers for primary and secondary school teachers,aiming to help the training for primary and secondary school teachers.
