高职院校实施凝心聚力工程的实践与探索——以淮安信息职业技术学院为例

教育以学生为本,办学以教师为本。面对外在政治环境的日趋复杂化、内在市场环境的深度利益化、思想意识形态的日益多元化以及新媒体信息传播途径的日益多样化、高速化,高职院校如何进一步强基固本,强化党建引领,牢固确立师生员工主体地位,团结和带领全体师生员工心往一处想、劲往一处使,不断提升高职院校基层党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和创造力,增强广大师生员工的荣誉感、自豪感和归属感,推动高职院校各项事业健康持续稳定发展已成为高职院校党的建设的重要内容。淮安信息职业技术学院以坚持民主决策凝聚智慧、改进工作作风融洽关系、关心人才发展激发活力、关爱学生成才凝聚人气、加强文化建设营造氛围、开展暖心活动凝聚人心等内容为载体,对实施"凝心聚力工程"进行了有益的探索与实践,取得了良好的初步成效。

Education is oriented by students, and school-running is oriented by teachers. In face of the increasingly complex external political environment, the deepening interest-oriented internal market environment, the diversification of thoughts and ideologies, as well as the diversified and instant ways of information spread under the new media, higher vocational colleges should further enhance their foundations, strengthen Party building and enhance the cohesive force of grassroots Party organizations, so as to promote the positive and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. With several measures, the united efforts project of Huaian Vocational College of Information Technology has achieved preliminary results.
