摘要
每到毕业季,一边是浩浩荡荡参加"公考"的大军,一边是响应到基层就业的零星小众。两相比较,基层就业终究抵不过"公考"的热情。这其中既有基层就业"优惠政策"不"优惠"的原因,更是大学生就业偏好使然。文章从就业观、区域经济发展和毕业生职业规划等方面分析"公考"热和基层就业"遇冷"的各自原因,并提了出相应的改进措施。
Whenever graduation seasons come, an overwhelming majority of graduates go to take civil service examination, while only a small number of graduates go to work at the basic level.The reasons of the phenomenon lies partly in insufficient preferential policies for grassroots jobs, but largely in university graduates' preferences. From the outlook on employment, regional economic development and graduates' career planning, this paper analyzes the reasons of the popularity of civil service examination and the dilemma of grassroots jobs, and also puts forward corresponding measures to improve the situation.
