摘要
新媒体时代知识的获取途径、学习方式日益呈现广泛化、多元化趋向。移动学习、碎片化学习等新型学习理念逐渐成为引领教育的新潮流。微课的核心理念是在课程中把教学内容与教学目标紧密地联系起来,以产生一种"更加聚焦的学习体验"。在以学生收获为目标的课程教学改革中,基于微课模式笔者重点对经济法学的"消费者权益保护法立法目"章节的教学设计进行了改革和探索。改革着眼于以建构主义学习理论为基础,以学习者为中心,教师作为指导者和辅助者鼓励学生在发掘问题解决问题过程中进行知识构建、提升学习能力。
The ways that people access knowledge and their learning methods are increasingly extensive and diversified in the new media era. Thus those new learning concepts such as mobile learning, fragmented learning have become new trends which lead the reform of education and teaching. The core notion of the micro- course is closely linking the teaching content and teaching objectives to produce a more focused learning experience. The author focuses on the reform of the teaching design of Consumer Rights and Interests Protection law's legislative objectives based on micro- course teaching model in the teaching reform of the course taking the students' gains as the goal. The whole reform is aimed at a learner- centered teaching model and based on the theory of constructivism. The teacher encourages students to promote the ability of study and achieve knowledge building as a guide and helper in the process of exploring and solving problems.
