后大众化教育背景下的高职院校学生干部队伍建设

On the Construction of Student Cadre Teams in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Post-mass Education

本文从高等教育后大众化谈起,提出了在这一大背景下高职院校学生干部队伍建设的重要意义,指出了新形势下学生干部队伍在重视程度、教育培训、管理建设等方面存在的不足,提出了把学生干部队伍建设的重视程度落到实处、建立科学完善的培训体系、构建科学合理的管理机制等三个方面措施。

Starting from post- mass higher education, this paper puts forward the importance of student cadre team construction in higher vocational colleges under this background, points out the problems existing in it from degree of recognition, education and training, and management construction, and proposes the corresponding measures, including attaching more importance to the construction, establishing a scientific and perfect training system,and building a scientific and rational management mechanism.
