摘要
地质调查预算定额管理信息化新的需求以及智能手机的迅速发展,为定额采集APP的研发和应用提供了契机。文章分析了不同野外地调手段采集内容的差异性、野外工作区移动性、野外网络环境不确定性等影响定额采集APP研发的主要因素,明确了定额采集APP的数据模型、工作模型和主要技术,重点从数据源规范采集、利用GPS定位系统特性、野外一线地质人员实际操作APP、实时监控数据质量等方面,对APP助力野外基础定额信息采集工作进行论述。
The new demand of budget quota information management in geological survey and the rapid development of smart phone have provided an opportunity for the research and application of APP. This paper analyzes the differences of the contents collected by different field survey methods, the mobility of the field work area and the uncertainty of the field network environment. The data model, the working model and the main technology of the APP are clarified. Focusing on collecting data source specifically, using GPS positioning system, actually operating the APP by first-line geological staff, real-time monitoring the data quality and so on, we discuss how the APP helps to collect basic quota information in the field.
