摘要 白山抽水蓄能电站6号机组B级检修后进行甩100%负荷试验时,发生水车室管路破裂、转轮和导叶等过流部件设备损坏的事故。主要原因是导叶摩擦装置在机组导叶剪断销剪断后发生滑动,限位块保护功能失效导致导叶与转轮相撞击。对本次甩负荷试验事故起因及经过进行分析,可以让我们深刻了解导叶保护装置对电站安全运行的影响,校验机组导叶接力器的操作容量与导叶保护装置,能在任何工况下安全可靠的操作导水机构,在今后的相关机构设计、工艺操作及电站运维中,引以为鉴,避免此类事故的发生。 A accident was occurred on the unit 6 of Baishan pumped storage power station, during the 100% load rejection test after a B class maintenance. The equipments of flow components, such as runner and guide vane, had been damaged. The water pipes on the head cover had been cut by guide vane arms and caused the leakage. The main reason is the sliding vane friction device in turbine guide vane cut off after the limit block protection function resulted from the failure of the guide vane and runner impact. The cause of the accident after the load rejection test and analysis, we can make a deep understanding of influence of guide vane protection device for safe operation of the power station, the guide vane servomotor check unit operation capacity and guide vane protection device, can be in any condition safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic mechanism, a design, in the relevant institutions in the process operation and power plant operation and maintenance, to avoid such accidents.
