天荒坪抽水蓄能电站球阀轴承异常磨损分析及建议改造方案

Bearing Abnormal Abrasion Analysis and Repair Soluation for Main Inlet Valve of Tianhuangping Pump Storage Power Station

针对天荒坪进水球阀出现轴承钢套异常磨损的问题,分析其发生该异常磨损的原因,提出可行的处置方案并进行分析比较,最后筛选出较优的建议改造方案,同时对该处理方案需要注意的事项提出了建议。

This article analyze the abnormal abrasion on bearing of main inlet valve for Tianhuangping Pump Storage Power Station. Two repair proposals to be raised and analised. The better solution has been selected based on analysis and cautions has been given for fixed solution on workshop.
