摘要
水电厂作为国家重要基础设施,其监控系统信息安全防护重要性及战略意义重大。本文阐述了水电厂监控系统特点与既有安全防护措施,结合国家及行业的最新要求分析其信息安全防护难点,提出了面向基础设施与网络结构、设备资产及系统应用、安全管控及事件处置的优化建议,为水电厂后续信息安全建设整改工作提供参考。
Hydropower plant as an important national infrastructure, its information security protection of supervisory system is importance and strategic significance.This paper expounds the characteristics of Hydropower plant supervisory system and the existing security measures, and analyzed the information security difficulties with the latest requirements of state and electric power industry, puts forward suggestions to optimize the disposal for infrastructure and network structure, assets and system application, security control and event process, to provide a reference for the construction of Hydropower plant further improvement on information security protection.
