摘要 水电资源作为可再生清洁资源,是我国能源的重要组成部分,随着电力体制改革的逐步深化,水电企业面临的内外环境正在发生深刻变化。水力发电所具有的符合国家能源政策、发电成本低的竞争优势在当前局势下,必然要求其提高管理水平和经营能力。现代水电企业的管理和生产一般分布在不同的地理区域。这种空间上的分散性大大增加了水电企业内部管控的复杂程度。因此,借助水电生产管理信息系统移动作业应用方法引入先进的管理思想和管理模式,已成为水电企业发展的迫切需要。本文主要目的在于提供水电生产管理信息系统移动作业应用平台,以有效地保障业务流程的通畅性和数据的准确性,避免数据录入的重复性,方便、快捷地实现工作内容的构建,有效规避了理解程度的差异,优化资源配置、重造移动作业应用管理模型,提升水电企业数据质量,提高现场工作人员效率,为决策层提供高度的辅助决策水平管理能力。 Hydropower resources, as renewable resources, is an important part of China's energy. With the deepening of the reform of the electric power system, the internal and external environment of hydropower enterprises is undergoing profound changes. Hydroelectric power plant has the advantages of the national energy policy, the low cost of power generation and the competition advantage in the current situation, and it is necessary to improve the management level and management ability. The management and production of modern hydropower enterprises are generally distributed in different geographical regions. The dispersion of this space greatly increases the complexity of the internal control and management of hydropower enterprises. Therefore, with the introduction of advanced management ideas and management mode, the application method of the management information system of hydropower production management has become an urgent need for the development of hydropower enterprises. The main purpose of this paper is provide hydroelectric power production management information system of mobile operation application platform, to effectively protect the business process the patency of the data consistency and accuracy, which avoid the repeatability of the data entry, convenient and quick work of construction, effectively avoid the understanding of the degree of difference, optimize the allocation of resources, recreate mobile application of activity-based management model, promote the hydropower enterprise data quality, improve the efficiency of field staff, provide the height of the auxiliary decision-making level management capacity for decision-making.
