摘要 发电机组技术供水管道中的水锤效应是引起技术供水管路上各设备故障的重要因素,严重影响着设备安全运行。本文旨在通过对新安江电厂技术供水管路中水锤现象的计算分析,剖析了影响水锤压力值的各种因素,找出其中影响故障发生率的因素。通过具体计算以及讨论说明,提出消除技术供水管路中水锤危害的最有效办法就是加装进排气阀,验证了新安江电厂安装进排气的必要性。进排气阀技术目前已十分成熟,多应用于长管路输水系统,能有效消除各种类型的水锤危害。 The water hammer effect is an important factor that causes the failure of the equipment in the technical water supply pipeline, which seriously affects the safe operation of the equipment. This paper aims to analyze the various factors that affect the pressure value of the water hammer through the calculation and analysis of the water hammer in the technical water supply pipeline of Xin' An river power plant, and find out the factors affecting the failure rate. According to the calculation and discussion, the most effective way to eliminate the water hammer hazard in water supply pipeline is to install the intake and exhaust valve, which verifies the necessity of installing the inlet and outlet of the Xin' An river power plant. Intake and exhaust valve technology has been very mature, and more applied to the long pipeline water system, can effectively eliminate the various types of water hammer hazard.
