潘家口蓄能电厂黑启动电源研究

Study on Black-start Power Supply of Panjiakou Pumped Storage Power Plant

本文首先通过介绍黑启动及其作用,考虑通过增加潘家口蓄能电厂黑启动功能,如冀北电网出现极端事故乃至全网停电的情况下,潘家口蓄能机组能够通过黑启动电源迅速自启动并带动其他机组最后逐步恢复全网供电。通过对柴油发电机和直流电源的分析比较,柴油发电机更适合做黑启动电源。

Firstly, this paper introduces black start and its function, we considered increasing black start function of Panjiakou pumped storage power plant , Once the power grid in northern Hebei occurs extreme accident and even the whole power network blackout, Panjiakou pumped-storage unit is capable of self-starting rapidly by the black-start power supply and bring others to start up until the whole power network resumes. Diesel generators are more suitable for black-start power through the analysis and comparison of diesel generators and DC power supply.
