摘要
目的探索研究赣南麦饭石吸附力的测定方法,优化测定条件,建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定赣南麦饭石的吸附力。方法以0.02%亚甲蓝溶液为评价指标,在一定量的麦饭石细粉中定量加入亚甲蓝溶液,振摇吸附后,取不加麦饭石的空白样品同法操作,通过对比同浓度亚甲蓝溶液不经吸附和吸附后的吸光度,计算吸附力。结果亚甲蓝溶液的浓度为0.4μg/ml^4.0μg/ml时,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);精密度试验(RSD为0.14%)、重复性试验(RSD为1.5%)符合测定要求;测定溶液在8 h内稳定。结论利用亚甲蓝作为评价物质测定麦饭石的吸附力,简单、快捷、安全性好,经方法学验证,线性、精密度、稳定性、专属性及重复性满足方法要求,本法可用于赣南麦饭石吸附力的测定。
Objective In order to explore a method for the study of adsorption capacity of Gannan medical stone,after optimizing determination conditions,to establish a UV-vis spectroscopy method to test the adsorption capacity of Gannan medical stone. Methods Taking methylene blue solution( 0. 02%) as an evaluating indicator,to add a certain amount of fine powder of Gannan medical stone into the solution,shaking for adsorption; to take the solution added nothing as a control and calculate the adsorption capacity of the sample by comparing the absorbance of the two solutions at the same concentration between with absorption and without absorption. Results It presented a good linear relationship( r = 0. 999 8) when the concentration of the solution ranged from 0. 4 μg / ml to 4. 0 μg / ml,and precision test( RSD = 0. 14%) and repeatability test met the requirements( RSD = 1. 5%),and the solution was stable in 8 h. Conclusion The method taking methylene blue solution as a evaluating indicator to test the adsorption capacity of Gannan Medical stone is simple,fast,safe,and validated by methodology,its results are linear,precise,stable,specific,and repeatability also meets the requirements. This method can be applied to test the adsorption capacity of Gannan medical stone.
