农村老年高血压患者服药依从性调查及影响因素分析

Medication compliance investigation and its influencing factors analysis in elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas

目的探讨农村老年高血压患者服药依从性及其影响因素。方法根据Morisky评价标准将1 543例社区高血压患者分为服药依从性好和服药依从性差2组,对比2组患者性别、年龄、病程、学历、经济收入、服药种类、血压控制情况,将具有统计学差异的因素进行二分类Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,服药依从性与患者年龄、病程、学历、经济收入、服药种类、血压控制情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄、病程、学历、服药种类、血压控制情况为独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论农村老年高血压患者药物治疗依从性较低,影响因素主要有年龄、文化程度、服药种类、血压控制情况,这些因素对于加强健康指导,提高药物治疗效果有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the medication compliance and influencing factors in elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas. Methods 1 543 elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas were divided into the good and the bad medication compliance group according to Morisky evaluation criteria; and then gender,age,treatment period,education,income,kinds of medicine and blood pressure control were contrasted between the two groups,and logistic regression analysis was performed in the factors with statistical difference. Results Single factor analysis showed that the medication compliance differences of age,treatment period,education,income,kinds of medicine and blood pressure control were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Multivariate analysis showed that age,treatment period,education,kinds of medicine and situation of blood pressure control were independent influencing factors in elderly hypertensive patients（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The medication compliance is low in elderly hypertension patients in rural areas. Age,treatment period,education,kinds of medicine and blood pressure control are the main influencing factors. These factors are of great significance to strengthen health guidance and improve the effect of drug treatment.
