摘要 阐述了LED的特性和驱动电路的设计要求,说明了恒流二极管(CRD)的特性和其应用于LED驱动电路的原理和优势。主要对基于CRD的工频市电LED驱动电路方案进行了研究。归纳了基于CRD的新型直流LED驱动电路和交流LED驱动方案,总结了目前各类驱动的优点和存在的不足。根据LED驱动的特点和发展趋势,对今后的研究方向做了展望。 The characteristics of LED and designing requirement of it's drive circuit are elaborated in this paper.Acorrading to the characteristics of constant current diode(CRD) and the principe and advantages being used in LED driver circuit.,this paper mainly studied the industrial frequency LED driver scheme based on CRD.The new DC LED driver scheme and AC LED driver scheme are generalized and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are illustrated.Finaly,accorading to the characteristics of LED driver and it's development trend,future research directions are put forward.
