提高管材超声探伤设备稳定性技术研究

The research of Enhancing stability of ultrasonic NTD device

摘要 管材超声探伤是核品检验的重要环节,设备专用性较强,主要针对壁厚较薄的管材。检验过程中水的耦合让一束超声波能穿透过水层射入金属材料内部,探察细微缺陷。由于探测缺陷相尺寸较小,管材壁厚较薄,对设备的机械运行精度要求十分严苛。检验人员和设备检修维修人员常常投入大量时间来维护和调整设备以维持设备的精度。近10年来国内核电的快速发展。生产检验任务逐年递增,超声探伤设备出现了整体老化趋势,设备维护时间也不断延长,影响到了生产进度,因此提高超声探伤系统的稳定性,成为当务之急。 Cladding tube ultrasonic NDT inspection is more important in nuclear fuel assembly manufacture,this device only used in special area of thin tube NTD inspection.During inspection a narrow beam of ultrasonic going through water into tube,small defects have been checked out.In case of small size of defect highly mechanical precision is required.inspector and maintenance person take more times to hold on the device precision.the developing of nuclear power station construction have been so rapidly in recent 10 years,the task of nuclear fuel manufacture has increased years by years.NTD device has been gradually aged.More and more Maintenance times are need,this deeply prolong the process of manufacture.right now the most urgent task is enhancing the stability of ultrasonic NTD device.
