摘要
为满足某自动机连发射击发数要求,本文采用有限元分析方法,建立了自动机身管热结构耦合分析模型,对身管不同截面及导气孔位置在连续射击条件下的热容量进行仿真仿真。并根据仿真分析结果对身管结构进行优化改进设计以满足自动机连发射击要求,仿真分析结果与试验结果具有较好一致性。
In order to satisfy the requirements of the automatic continuous firing number,this paper built barrel's coupled thermomechanical analysis models,based on finite element method.The temperature of different barrel section was simulation under the automatic mechanism continuous firing.Based on the results,the outline structure of the barrel was optimized in order to meet the automatic contiuous firing.The analysis results of this paper have good consistency with the experimental results.
