基于RFID技术的工器具管理系统的开发与设计 被引量:6

The development and design of the management system of engineering equipment based on RFID Technology

摘要 为了解决电力工具器库房传统的人工管理方式所存在的问题,文中开发与设计了基于RFID技术的工器具管理系统,其通过无线射频识别方式读取工具器标签的数据,并利用B/S构架构建系统的软件来处理与显示数据库数据,实现了工具器从到货检验、入库、出库和库存盘点等数据的采集与管理。同时,利用身份识别装置和门禁系统加强了对工器具室的权限及出入管理,提高了电力工具器管理的效率及可靠性,降低了由于工器具不到位而造成的经济损失,直接创造相应的经济效益。经多次测试,本工具器管理系统运行稳定,各项功能均得到了正确的响应,符合设计要求。 In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional manual management mode of power tools,this paper develops and designs a tool management system based on RFID technology.It read the data of the tool label by wireless radio frequency identification method and the software of the system is used to process and display the data of the database by using the B/S architecture.realizing the tool from the arrival of the inspection,warehousing,warehousing,inventory and other data collection and management.At the same time,the identification device and the access control system to strengthen the equipment room permissions and access control,improving the reliability and efficiency of power tool management,reducing the economic losses caused because the equipment is not in place,creates the corresponding economic benefits directly.After several tests,the system runs stably,and the function of the system is in the correct response,which meets the design requirements.
