洋金花针剂用于无痛流产手术麻醉的临床效果观察

The clinical effect of Yangjinhua Injection to anesthesia painless abortion

目的:观察洋金花针剂用于无痛流产手术麻醉的临床效果。方法:选取我科室2014年2月至2015年7月收治疗的流产女性共80例,按随机数字表发分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉剂麻醉,观察组给予洋金花针剂麻醉,记录两组患者相关指标变化情况。结果:不同时点观察组平均动脉压指标分别为(91.3±5.6、91.2±5.1、91.8±5.7)mm Hg,均优于对照组(83.7±4.2、83.49±4.5、84.0±4.7)mm Hg。不同时点观察组心率指标分别为(82.9±4.1、83.0±4.4、83.9±4.7)次/分,均优于对照组(70.2±3.1、70.4±3.2、73.2±3.6)次/分,且差异均有显著性(p<0.05)。不同时点观察组血氧饱和度指标分别为(96.2±2.1、96.1±2.0、98.1±2.5)%,均优于对照组(91.2±1.4、89.9±1.2、95.1±1.9)。不同时点观察组收缩压指标分别为(116.4±4.0、115.7±3.5、124.6±5.2)mm Hg,均优于对照组(105.2±3.1、104.9±3.0、117.6±4.1)mm Hg。不同时点观察组脑电双频指数(bispectral index,BIS)分别为(64.95±3.91、53.75±3.07、70.16±4.08),均显著低于对照组各时点(77.16±4.05、64.08±3.46、78.69±4.16)。观察组视觉模拟评分和清醒时间分别为(3.29±0.59分、5.39±0.65min),均优于对照组(2.17±0.41分、4.48±0.49min)。观察组患者不良反应例数5例低于对照组7例,但差异不具有显著性。结论:洋金花针剂用于无痛流产手术麻醉的临床效果效果良好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yangjinhua injection to anesthesia painless abortion. Methods： 80 cases from February2014 to July 2015 Were randomly divided into observation group 40 cases and the control group 40 cases. The control group received dezocine joint propofol anesthetic,and the observation group received Yangjinhua injection. Torecord related indicators changes of two groups of patients,and use statistical methods fordata analysis. Results： ①Different time mean arterial pressure of observation group were（ 91. 3 ± 5.6,91. 2 ± 5. 1,91. 8 ± 5. 7） mm Hg,better than the control group（ 83. 7 ± 4. 2,83. 49 ± 4. 5,84. 0 ± 4. 7） mm Hg,and the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. ②Different time heart rate of observation group were（ 82. 9 ± 4. 1,83. 0 ± 4. 4,83. 9 ± 4. 7） / min,better than the control group（ 70. 2 ± 3. 1,70. 4 ± 3. 2,73. 2 ± 3. 6） / min,and the difference were significant（ P〈0. 05）. ③Different time oxygen saturation index of observation group were（ 96. 2 ± 2. 1,96. 1 ± 2. 0,98. 1 ± 2. 5） %,better than the control group（ 91. 2 ± 1.4,89. 9 ± 1. 2,95. 1 ± 1. 9）,and the differences were significant（ P〈0.05）. ④ Different time points systolic blood pressure of the observation group were（ 116. 4 ± 4. 0,115. 7 ± 3. 5,124. 6 ± 5. 2） mm Hg,better than the control group（ 105. 2 ± 3. 1,104. 9 ± 3. 0,117. 6 ± 4. 1） mm Hg,and the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. ⑤Different time BIS of the observation group were（ 64. 95 ± 3. 91,53. 75 ± 3. 07,70. 16 ± 4. 08）,lowwer than the control group（ 77. 16 ± 4. 05,64. 08 ± 3. 46,78. 69 ± 4. 16）,and the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. ⑥The visual analogue scale and awake time of observation group respectively（ 3. 29 ± 0. 59 points,5. 39 ± 0. 65min）,than the control group（ 2. 17 ± 0. 41 points,4. 48 ± 0. 49min）,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. ⑦5 cases adverse reactions occurred in observation group,compare to 7 cases in the control group,the difference was not significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The effects of Yangjinhua injection to anesthesia painless abortion was good,and it is worthy of further research and application.
