支气管镜在临床急危重症抢救中的应用

Application of bronchoscopy in emergency treatment of acute critical illness

目的分析支气管镜在急危重症抢救中的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取2016年1月—2016年6月期间我院收治的急危重症患者38例作为研究对象,患者均行纤维支气管镜治疗,对比治疗前后生命体征(血氧饱和度、血压、呼吸频率、心率)的变化情况,探讨支气管镜在急危重症抢救中的临床意义。结果患者经支气管镜治疗后,血氧饱和度上升,呼吸频率、心率下降,与治疗前比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在危重症患者在临床抢救的过程中支气管镜可起到重要作用,尤其是气管异物、分泌物阻塞气道患者,可明显改呼吸困难症状,且有较高的安全性,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of bronchoscopy in the emergency treatment of acute critical illness. Methods Randomly selected from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital 38 cases of critically ill patients as the research object,the patients underwent bronchoscopy treatment,compared before and after treatment of vital signs（oxygen saturation,blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate）changes,clinical significance for exploration of bronchoscopy in the emergency treatment of the. Results Patients after treatment after bronchoscopy,blood oxygen saturation increased,respiratory rate,heart rate decreased,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）,there was no significant difference in blood pressure before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion In the critically ill patients in the process of clinical treatment in bronchoscopy may play an important role,especially the tracheal foreign body,obstruction of the airway secretions of patients,can significantly improve the patient＇s breathing difficulties,and has high safety,significant clinical application value.
