不同镇痛方法对膝关节置换术后的止痛效果分析

摘要 目的探讨不同镇痛方法对膝关节置换术后的止痛效果。方法选取我院2010年1月—2014年1月收治的膝关节置换术后患者120例,根据镇痛方法的不同随机分为自控静脉镇痛组、硬膜外镇痛组以及连续股神经阻滞镇痛组各40例,观察3组患者的止痛效果以及术后不良反应情况。结果连续股神经阻滞镇痛组在4 h后的VAS评分均小于自控静脉镇痛组以及硬膜外镇痛组,差异显著(P<0.05)。连续股神经阻滞镇痛组患者不良反应发生率小于自控静脉镇痛组以及硬膜外镇痛组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论不同镇痛方法对膝关节置换术后患者有着不同的止痛效果,其中以连续股神经阻滞镇痛止痛效果最好,且不良反应少。
