糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病患者诊疗中的临床意义探讨

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)在糖尿病患者诊疗中的临床意义。方法选择我院2012年1月—2014年6月门诊及住院2型糖尿病患者48例为观察组,选择同期我院正常体检人员48例为对照组,监测2组观察对象空腹血糖(FPG)及(Hb A1c),对其结果进行分析。结果对照组Hb A1c异常率明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组Hb A1c及FPG检测结果明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hb A1c监测是糖尿病诊疗的一个重要指标,对糖尿病的发生、发展、转归具有重要的临床意义。
