巢湖生态文明示范区视域下的生态公民培育研究

On the Cultivation of Ecological Citizens in View of Chaohu Ecological Civilization Demonstration Area

巢湖生态文明先行示范区的建设和生态公民的培育存在内在统一和耦合的关系,生态公民是示范区建设的主体,通过政治实践、生产实践和生活实践参与示范区生态文明建设。公民思维方式、价值观念、生产方式和生活方式的生态化转向对生态文明建设具有重要意义;示范区建设为生态公民提供了培育的土壤和发展的平台,培育生态公民是示范区建设的内在目的和主要内容。生态公民的培育,需要构建整体性教育体系,强化公民生态意识,培养生态化的思维方式;要注重生态实践,提高公民生态践行能力;要完善公民参与机制,畅通公民参与渠道,拓宽生态公民培育路径。

The construction of Chaohu ecological civilization demonstration area and the cultivation of ecological citizens are both unified and integrated. Ecological citizens, who participate in the construction of ecological civilization in the demonstration through political, production and living practice, are the main part in the demonstration area construction. The ecological diversion of the citizens＇ mode of thinking, values and ways of life are of great importance to the construction of ecological civilization. Demonstruction area construction provides the opportunity and stage for the cultivation and development of those citizens. Cultivating ecological citizens is the inherent purpose and main content of the demonstration area construction, which needs to build a holistic education system, strengthen citizens＇ ecological awareness so as to cultivate their ecological way of thinking. Great importance should be attached to ecological practice to improve citizens＇ practical ability. The mechanism and opened channels of citizen participation should be improved so as to broaden the path of ecological citizenship cultivation.
