On the Connotation and Reflection of “Architectural Beauty”in Wen Yiduo's New Poetry: Blend or Retro

"建筑美"是闻一多新诗观念中极为重要的内容。从诗的分行、美学观念、诗的音乐性等角度展开论述"建筑美"的内涵,然后结合具体历史语境反思其意义。闻一多"建筑美"的提出在一定程度上注意到了诗歌的视觉意义,而诗的分行的出现则进一步放大了"建筑美"的美学意义;同时,其内在精神也充满了中国律诗均齐美学与西方格律诗歌美学的调和;闻一多对诗形的追求与"五四"精神中所倡导的现代性是联系在一起的,但具体到诗歌实践,又可以看出从音尺数角度带来的均齐未必能促成音节的调和,这在一定程度上让闻一多走入了囿于形式的窘境。

＂Architectural beauty＂ is an important part of Wen Yiduo＇ s conception of poetry. This article attempts to discuss its connotation from such angles as poetry branch, esthetics idea, and poetry music, and reflect on its meaning in the specific historical context. To a certain extent, Wen Yiduo＇ s ＂structural beauty＂noticed the visual sense of poetry and the branch of poetry further expanded its aesthetic significance. At the same time, the inner spirit is full of harmony between aesthetics of China uniform poetry and western metrical poetry. Wen Yiduo ＇ s pursuit of poetic form and the ＂May Fourth＂ spirit advocated by modernity are linked together, but as for the poetic practice, it can be seen that from neatness of sound footage may not contribute to harmony of syllables, which to a certain degree leads Wen Yiduo into a dilemma of form.
