对地方高考改革要有理性评价

Rational Evaluation of Local Reforms on College Entrance Exam

我国从2014年起开始启动新一轮高考改革,教育部授权在一些省市先行先试,浙江和上海是率先进行改革的省份。目前,两地启动高考改革之后的第一届学生将迎接高考。本文针对这两个省市高考改革中存在的一些问题,提出国家要对这两地的高考改革情况进行理性评价,以便对即将在全国范围内启动的高考改革提供有价值的改革经验。

Early since 2014, China has begun a new round of reform on college entrance exam. Zhejiang and Shanghai are the first two province/region to undertake the reform. Currently, the first session of students after initiation of the reform in Zhejiang and Shanghai will face college entrance exam. Targeting on some problems existed in the reform in the two province/region, the essay puts forward that China needs to make a rational evaluation of the college entrance exam reform in the two places, in order to gain valuable experience for the nationwide launch of reform on college entrance exam.
