美澳加英高校学生的满意度比较研究

A Comparative Study of the College Student Satisfaction of America, Australia, Canada and the UK

对于高等教育的服务质量,学生最有发言权。国外学生满意度的研究由来已久,积累了不少的成功经验。比较美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、英国的相关研究,从调查对象的选择、调查人员的对比、调查问卷的设计、调查实施的过程及方法、以及调查结果的应用等五个方面归纳经验和不足,将对我国发展学生满意度研究产生重要的参考价值。

Students have a strong voice on the quality of service in the higher education.The research on the satisfaction of students has a long history in foreign countries, and gathers lots of successful experience. Comparing with the relevant research in America, Australia, Canada,and the United Kingdom, the paper introduced the experience and weakness about the choice and comparison of respondents, the design of the questionnaire, the process and methods of the research and the application of the results of the research are summarized. This has important reference value to the development of the research on satisfaction degree of students in China.
