摘要
园长对幼儿园教育督导评估工作的关注、理解与认识的程度,直接关系到教育督导评估工作的实效。通过对接受过督导评估的208名园长进行问卷调查和非正式访谈,调查结果显示当前的幼儿园教育督导评估工作总体上受到园长们的肯定,但在督导评估功能、督导评估人员、督导评估方案及标准的使用、幼儿园自评的开展等方面尚存在一定偏差。当前应重视发挥幼儿园教育督导评估的改进功能,加强对教育督导评估人员的遴选与培训,强化对教育督导评估方案及标准的宣传与使用,强制建立幼儿园自评机制。
It makes a directly relatedness between the effectiveness of supervision and evaluation and the extent of kindergarten leaders' concern, understanding and knowledge. The study which is a questionnaire survey and informal interviews to 208 kindergarten leaders of Guangdong who have accepted supervision and evaluation, finds that kindergarten leaders, in general,affirm the current kindergarten education supervision and evaluation, but there are still some problems. So, at present, attention should be paid to the improvement function of monitoring and evaluation in kindergarten, strengthen the selection and training of supervision and evaluation staff, consolidate the use of supervision and evaluation program and standards, and force to establish the kindergarten self-assessment mechanism.
