地方高校教学资源优化配置的现状与问题思考——以广西某地方高校为例

Current Situation and Problems of the Optimal Education Resource Allocation in Local Universities

随着高校教学资源日渐丰富,教学资源配置问题逐渐引起人们注意,如何将众多的教学资源进行优化重组,让其发挥最大的教学效益,取得最好的教学效果,这是广大高校管理工作者必须深思的问题。以广西某地方高校为例,对地方高校教学资源优化配置的现状进行了讨论,并提出了优化资源配置的对策。

As teaching resources in universities become more plentiful, the configuration problems of teaching resource attract people＇s attention in recent years. How to optimize and reorganize teaching resources and maximize their performance in teaching is a critical question worthy of the administrators＇ meditation. In this paper, the current situation of reaUocafion of education resources in local universities is discussed by taking a local university of Guangxi as an example, and countermeasures of optimization of resource allocation are put forward.
