摘要
通过自编老年群体学习需求和学习参与障碍调查问卷,对宁波市江北区社区老年居民进行调查。结果表明,老年群体学习愿望强烈,学习心态积极,学习参与障碍存在年龄与收入水平差异,情境障碍和机构障碍对老年群体学习参与影响最大,没有足够时间、交通不便和课程内容不丰富等因素阻碍老年群体参与学习。针对以上结论,应采取相关措施以促进宁波市老年群体学习状况的改善。
By editing the elderly groups' needs and participating barriers in learning questionnaire,the paper surveys elderly residents in Jiangbei community.The results show that the elderly group have strong learning wishes and positive learning attitude.Participating barriers in learning results exsit the differences in age and income level.Emotional barrier and institutional barrier have an effect on elderly groups participating learning.Having no enough time,traffic inconvenience and lacking of course content is the main obstacles that hinder elderly groups participating learning.Based on the survey results,we should take measures to improve elderly group learning situation in Ningbo.
