社会转型期成人环境教育的问题与对策

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of the Adult Environmental Education During the Period of Social Transformation

社会转型期我国面临日益严峻的环境问题。《全国环境教育工作纲要(2016-2020年)》强调要增强全社会的生态环保意识,积极促进公众参与。成人是公众参与的主体,因此,推进成人环境教育的发展是实现上述目标的重要手段。目前我国成人环境教育存在教育目标导向偏离、教育对象不全面、组织力量薄弱、宣传教育效果不明显的问题,应从构建以"意-技-态"为核心的环境教育目标模式、拓展环境教育对象、加强环境教育组织力量建设和提高环境教育宣传效果四方面协调推进,通过全民行动推进国民生活方式绿色化,促进成人环境教育的发展。

We are facing with increasingly serious environmental problems during the social transitional period.The national environmental education outline（2016-2020）emphasized the need to enhance the whole society＇s awareness of eco-environmental protection,actively promote the public participation.Adults are the main body of public participation,therefore,to promote the development of adult education environment is the important means to realize these goals.At present,there are some problems such as the deviation of educational goal orientation,incomplete education object,weak organizational power and invisible publicity effect in adult environmental education.It is necessary to construct the target mode of environmental education with the core of＂meaning-technology-state＂,expand the object of environmental education,strengthen the construction of environmental education organization power and improve the propaganda effect of environmental education.We should promote the greening of the national life style through the actions of the whole people and promote the development of adult environmental education.
