团员作为组织个体,是团的肌体细胞,既是团组织的服务对象、培养对象,又是团组织的教育对象和工作力量;既拥有作为青年个体共有的成长发展需求,又担负着作为组织成员在社会生活中发挥模范作用的责任。在从严治团背景下,加强团员档案管理对于团组织及时全面了解团员,增强团员的组织观念,提高团员的光荣感、责任感和发挥模范作用的自觉性,增强团组织的战斗力等方面都有着十分重要的意义。

As an individual of the organization,league members are the cells of the body of the group.They are both the service objects and training objects of the league organization and in particular the educational objects and work force of the league organization.They not only face as the young individual shared growth and development needs,but also take the responsibilities as members of the organization to play an exemplary role in social life.Therefore,under the background of league organization strict governance,strengthening the file management of league members has a very important strategic significance for the league organization having a timely and comprehensive understanding of members,enhancing the organizational concept of league members,enhancing the sense of honor and responsibility of league members,playing an exemplary role in consciousness and enhancing the combat effectiveness of the league organization etc.
