2016年上半年中国大高炉生产指标浅析

Analyses of production indexes of large blast furnaces in China during first half of 2016

由于大高炉是中国高炉炼铁先进技术的集中代表,大高炉具有单位容积投资经济、能耗低、环境负荷低、劳动生产率高的优点。为了给中国大高炉及其他类型高炉生产提供有效的参考及对比,选取中国21座4 000m3及以上高炉2016年1—6月部分生产技术指标进行分析,从生产、操作参数及原燃料等方面剖析大高炉生产指标和技术特点。并通过分析2016年上半年的中国大高炉生产指标,针对性地提出一些建议,供各企业参考。

Because the large blast furnaces are the concentration represents of new techniques in ironmaking blast furnace.Compared with the small volume blast furnace, it has lower economic investigation, smaller energy consumption and environmental load, higher labor productivity.In order to provide consults and contrasts to large blast furnace and other kinds blast furnace in China, this article reviews the production of 21 large blast furnaces whose effective volume larger than 4 000 m3 of 1-6 month in 2016.It introduces the production, raw materials, operation indexes and other new technology of large blast furnaces.Based on above analyses, some operation measures for the ironmaking references were proposed.
