金属基复合材料的增强体体积含量是表征其性能的一个重要指标。简要介绍了金属基复合材料增强体体积含量的检测方法以及标准化进展。对显微镜法、图像分析仪法和基体溶解法的适用范围、方法原理、试验设备、试样制备和试验方法进行了系统的总结,并对3种检测方法的优缺点进行了比较分析。分析了金属基复合材料增强体体积含量检测方法的国家标准现状,并对未来体积含量国家标准的制定进行了展望。

Reinforcement volume fraction in metal matrix composites is an important index for characterizing its properties.Testing methods and standard status of reinforcement volume fraction in metal matrix composites are briefly introduced.The scope, principle, apparatus, sampling and procedure for three testing methods including optical microscopy, image analyzer and matrix dissolution method are systematically summarized.And a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three testing methods are carried out.Meanwhile, the existing testing standards of reinforcement volume fraction in metal matrix composites are analyzed.The prospects of establishing national testing standards are also discussed.
