带钢冷轧机辊型曲线磨削精度改进措施

Improvement measures of roll's curve grinding precision for cold strip mill

摘要 辊型优化是提高现有轧机板形控制能力的有效方法,但限于磨床的磨削能力,实际磨削辊型与目标辊型之间往往存在偏差,导致辊型曲线的实际应用效果不够理想。针对这一问题,分析了偏差的基本分布规律,有针对性地提出了目标辊型偏移补偿和倾斜补偿两种改进措施,使实际磨削辊型与目标辊型之间的均方差显著降低,基本消除了辊型的不对称性,辊型应用效果得到了明显提高,为存在固定偏差模式的辊型磨削提供了有益的参考。 The optimization of roll profile is an effective way to improve the rolling mill's flatness and thickness profile control ability. However,the ability and precision of grinding machine is limited,so the deviation between the object roll profile and the actual grinding profile is inevitable,which will weak the application effect of roll profile. Aimed to the problem,the deviation distribution regularities are analyzed,and then two improvement measures including the offset and tilt compensation of targeted roll profile are put forward,which reduces significantly the mean square error between the object roll profile and the actual grinding profile,and the asymmetry of roll profile is basically eliminated,so the application effect of roll profile is improved. The results provide valuable reference for grinding roll profile with fixed deviation pattern.
