摘要
微生物环氧化物水解酶来源广泛,立体选择性高,在手性环氧化物和手性二醇的合成中具有巨大的应用潜力。综述了环氧化物水解酶微生物来源、酶学性质、酶的结构与催化机理;着重介绍了近年来微生物来源环氧化物水解酶的分子改造及在手性化学品合成制备中的应用研究进展;指出了微生物来源环氧化物水解酶现阶段存在的问题并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
Due to the extensive sources and high stereoselectivity, microbial epoxide hydrolasehas a great potentials in the synthesis of chiral epoxides and corresponding diols. The microbial sources, enzymatic properties, crystal structure and catalytic mechanism of epoxide hydrolase were reviewed in this paper. The research progress on the protein engineering of epoxide hydrolase and its applicationin the preparation of chiral chemicals were introduced in detail. The existing problems of microbial epoxide hydrolase were pointed out and future development direction is prospected.
