摘要
色氨酸工业生产中利用陶瓷膜去除发酵液中菌体,膜截留的菌体通过絮凝沉淀、板框过滤、干燥后作为菌体蛋白饲料,气浮清液直接进行废水处理,从而导致废水处理量大、产品附加值低、色氨酸收率低。通过中小试实验,最终确定利用卧螺离心机可实现色氨酸陶瓷膜浓缩液的二次回收,进一步提高色氨酸成品收率。
Bacteria in the fermentation broth was removed by ceramic membrane in tryptophan industrial production and the residual bacteria was used as bacterial protein feed after flocculation and sedimentation, plate frame filter, and drying. The supernatant was directly discharged for wastewater treatment, leading to a large amount of wastewater, low value-added products and low tryptophan yield. The horizontal screw centrifuge was determined as an effective method to realize the secondary recovery of tryptophan included in the ceramic membrane concentrated bacterial liquid, which further improved the tryptophan yield.
