大型混合式冷凝器喷淋板数量的多少主要取决于蒸发器生产能力的大小、冷却水温度的高低。冷却水温度低,喷淋板数量相对较少;冷却水温度越高,喷淋板数量相对较多;当水温高到一定程度,即使喷淋板数量再多也难以将二次蒸汽冷凝掉。以QZXH03-24000三效强制循环蒸发器在番茄酱生产中的应用为例,阐述了大型混合式冷凝器喷淋板的层数及混合式冷凝器的设计注意事项。

The number of large mixed condenser spray plates depends on the production capacity of evaporator and the temperature of cooling water. The lower the cooling water temperature is, the relatively smaller the number of spray plates is, and the higher the cooling water temperature is,the relatively larger the number of spray plates is. When the water temperature reached a certain extent, it is difficult to condense the secondary steam even if the number of spray plates is large.Based on the application of QZXH03-24000 three-effect forced circulation evaporator in the production of ketchup, the number of large mixed condenser spray plates and the design considerations of mixing condenser were described.
