摘要 国家电网公司近期发布了《大型汽轮发电机组一类辅机变频器高、低电压穿越技术规范(征求意见稿)》,提出了变频器高低电压穿越能力要求,但却缺少相应的检测设备。本文研制了一种10k W低压辅机变频器高低电压穿越能力测试用电压暂升暂降发生装置,系统主拓扑为背靠背式三相PWM变换器,可实现各种平衡或不平衡电压暂升暂降,幅值变化范围为0~130%UN。样机测试证明,该装置能准确快速地输出目标电压,满足对火电厂一类低压辅机变频器进行高低电压穿越能力测试的要求。 State grid company recently released the "Technical Manual Related to HighLow Voltage Ride Through of A Class of Auxiliary Inverter in Large Steam Turbine-Generator(draft)" and put forward the requirement of high low voltage ride through ability. But there is a lack of the testing equipment. This paper proposes a 10 k W voltage sag swell generator used in high low voltage ride through ability test for low-voltage auxiliary inverter. Its main topology is a back-to-back three-phase PWM converter. The generator can realize balanced or unbalanced voltage sag swell from 0 to 130%UN. Experiment shows that this device can output target voltage accurately and rapidly and meet the requirements of highlow voltage ride through ability test for low-voltage auxiliary inverter in thermal power plant.
