摘要
院模拟紫外线、光、热、氧及水等自然老化条件,对环氧沥青的老化机理进行了研究。结果表明:在模拟自然条件下,沥青分子中长链的烷基侧链断裂和芳香烃、胶质部分氧化脱氢等原因,使环氧沥青延度值发生较大的降低;同时导致环氧树脂的固化交联程度发生轻微破坏,使环氧沥青中沥青相在环氧树脂中出现团聚、分散尺寸变得不均匀;重复紫外光照射和雨水喷淋作用,使样品表面出现严重龟裂和贯穿性的孔洞。
The aging-damage mechanism of epoxy asphalt under simulated natural conditions,such as light,heat,oxygen and water were studied in this paper.The results showed that:the ductility values of asphalt decreased because of the broken of alkyl side chains and the oxidation reaction of aromatic hydrocarbon and colloid in the asphalt molecular,the curing degree of epoxy resin was slightly decreased at the same time,the dispersion of asphalt in the epoxy resin became uneven,severe cracking and penetrating holes were appeared on the surface of the test specimen because of the repeated UV irradiation and rain water spray.
