摘要 本文研究酚醛树脂新料与不同含量酚醛树脂回收料以及不同粒径的酚醛树脂回收料混合、注塑、测试。通过拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度测试复合材料的力学性能。研究表明,拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度随酚醛树脂回收料含量增加而明显下降;在固定酚醛树脂回收料含量下,随其内酚醛树脂回收料细度(目数)增加而明显增加。 Recycled thermosetting phenolic resins were successfully reused as an effective component in phenolic resins with different contents and sizes.Regenerated phenolic specimens were injected molding and tested.Tensile strength and impact strength of specimens reduced significantly as the contents of recycled ground powders increated.Moreover,the tensile strength and impact strength of specimens improved further as the sizes of the recycled ground powders reduced.
