摘要
对3,4-二氯-六氟-1-丁烯脱氯生成六氟丁二烯的反应过程进行了研究,在反应温度38~45℃及压力0.06 MPa的条件下,在极性溶剂中用锌粉对3,4-二氯-六氟-1-丁烯进行脱氯制得六氟丁二烯。在锌粉过量50%的条件下,六氟丁二烯收率可达94%以上,选择性可达96%以上。
The reaction process of the hexafluoro- 1,3- butadiene produced by the dechlorination of 3,4-dichloro- hexafluoro- 1- butene was researched in this paper. Hexafluoro- 1,3- butadiene was produced by the dechlorination of 3,4- dichloro- hexafluoro- 1- butene with zinc powder as a catalyst under the condition of 38 ~45 ℃ and 0.06 MPa. The results showed that the yield of hexafluoro- 1,3- butadiene was above 94%,and the selectivity was above 96% under the condition of zinc powder excess 50%.
