江苏省粳稻质量及品质情况调查

Investigation on Quality of Medium to Short-grain Nonglutinous Paddy in Jiangsu Province

为了解江苏省2015年新收获粳稻的质量、品质现状,抽取了覆盖全省产粮大县(市)的1 391份样品作为试验样品,依据GB 1350-2009《稻谷》和GB/T 17891-1999《优质稻谷》规定的指标进行检测和分析。结果显示江苏省新收获粳稻三等以上稻谷占比95.9%,出糙率平均值80.3%,整精米率平均值64.3%,不完善粒平均值4.6%,谷外糙米平均值1.4%;达到《优质稻谷》国家标准三等要求的样品18份,占样品总数的6.5%。总体来说,2015年江苏新收获粳稻总体质量略差于2014年,其中南通、泰州等苏中地区粳稻质量较好;优质稻谷品质与2014年相比有所下降,主要优质品种是苏州和宿迁地区南粳系列。

In order to understand the quality status of the harvested medium to short-grain nonglutinous paddy in 2015 in Jiangsu Province, 1391 samples which covering all the grain-producing county in the entire province were selected as test samples. The quality index of the harvested paddy were inspected according to GB 1350-2009 paddy and GB/T 17891-1999 high quality paddy. The results showed that the proportion of the harvested medium to sbort-grain nonglutinous paddy which was generally above the average was 95.9%. The average husked rice yield of paddy was 80.3%. The average head rice yield of paddy was 64.3%. The average unsound kernel content of paddy was 4.6%. The average content of husked rice in paddy was 1.4%. There were 18 samples which achieved the average high quality paddy and the proportion of the high quality paddy in the all test samples was 6.5%. On the whole,the overall quality of the harvested medium to sbort-grain nonglutinous paddy in 2015 in Jiangsu Province was little worse than the last year,especially the harvested paddy in Nantong and Taizhou cities had good qualities. The quality of the high quality paddy was little decreased by the last year. The main high quality varieties were the Nanjing paddy series in Suzhou and Suqian cities.
