摘要 介绍11.00R20 18PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1 080.3 mm,断面宽度288mm,行驶面宽度195 mm,行驶面弧度高7.0 mm,胎圈着合直径511 mm,胎圈着合宽度216 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.16;胎面花纹采用等节距设计,花纹深度14 mm,花纹饱和度80%。施工设计:胎面采用热喂料和冷喂料双复合挤出机挤出,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22HT钢丝帘线,1^#和2^#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3^#带束层采用5×0.30HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20H钢丝帘线,六角形钢丝圈采用直径1.83 mm钢丝;采用三鼓式一次法成型机成型,双模B型热板硫化机硫化。充气轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能符合设计和国家标准要求。 This paper introduces the design of 11. 00R20 18 PR steel cord light truck radial tire. In the structural design,overall diameter was 1 080. 3 mm,width of cross section was 288 mm,width of running surface was 195 mm,arc height of running surface was 7. 0 mm,bead diameter at rim seat was 511 mm,bead width at rim seat was 216 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) was 1. 16,equal pitch pattern was used,pattern depth was 14 mm,and block/total ratio was 80%. In the construction design,tread was co-extruded using both hot feed and cold feed,3+9+15×0. 22 HT steel cord was applied in the carcass ply,3+8×0. 33 HT steel cord was used in the 1^# and 2^# belt layers,5×0. 30 HE steel cord was used in the 3^# belt layer,3×7×0. 20 H steel cord was applied in the 0° belt,and Φ1. 83 mm steel wire was applied in the bead wire. The tire was formed using three-drum forming machine,and cured with type-B hot plate vulcanization machine. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of the design and national standard.
