流动改性剂的研究与室内评价

摘要 根据冀东油田柳北转油站原油特点,针对现场原油黏度较大的问题,通过原油流动改性剂原料的单剂筛选及复配实验,确定主剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,与AES复配,并加入质量分数5%PVA作为分散剂,并确定最终配方为1%PVA+9.5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠+9.5%AES+80%水,合成新型流动改性剂,有效成分质量分数为20%,最适加药质量浓度为300 mg/L。 According to the characteristics of crude oil in Liubei oil transfer station of Jidong Oilfield, through single agent selection and compounding experiments on modified materials, we determine the main agent for compound MSDS and AES, and add 5% PVA as dispersant. Through the experiment, the final formula is 1% PVA + 9.5% MSDS + 9.5% AES + 80% water, synthesis of new flow modifier; effective component content is 20% ; the optimal dosing concentration is 300 mg/L.
