Guiding and Promoting Independent Recruitment Students' Ethical Standards through Physical Teaching Platform

单招学生已经成为高职高专院校的重要组成部分,针对单招学生在思想道德和行为准则等方面存在着集体观念淡薄、没有担当、知而不行、表里不一等问题,发挥体育教育其特殊的教育功能,利用体育教育平台引导和规范单招学生的道德行为,严格考勤,强化课堂纪律,增加队列队形练习,增加耐力练习,利用拓展训练增强学生相互间的信任和帮助。

Independent recruitment students have become an important part of higher vocational colleges. Considering the ethical problems among independent recruitment students, i.e. weak collective idea, less responsibility, knowing without doing, duplicity etc. , this paper suggests guiding and promoting independent recruitment students＇ ethical standards, strict attendance rules, strengthening classroom principle, more queue formation exercises, more endurance exercises, and building mutual trust and help by outward bound.
